This notice explains how we handle your personal data on the public pages of the AI Eladó (NexaCRM) service and through the contact form, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. What we process and why
Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), message. Purpose: responding to your enquiry and preparing an offer. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Account data (for registered clients): name, email, billing details. Purpose: providing the service and invoicing. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Technical data: operational logs and cookies (login session, language and appearance preferences). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
3. Processors
We use the following processors: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), Anthropic (AI feature processing). Each acts under its own privacy terms and a data-processing agreement.
4. Retention
Contact-form data is kept until your case is closed, at most 2 years. Contractual and billing data is retained as required by law (accounting rules: 8 years).
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing at info@pegapoll.com.
You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Hungary: NAIH, naih.hu).
6. Cookies
We only use strictly necessary cookies: login session, language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and appearance settings (ui-theme, ui-accent). No marketing or tracking cookies on the public pages.
