These terms govern the use of the public pages of the AI Eladó (NexaCRM) service and orders placed for the service.

2. The service
AI Eladó is an AI-powered sales and client-acquisition platform: AI-assisted sales page, chat, calculators, appointment booking, webshop, CRM and related services. The exact scope of each package is defined by the individual offer and order.
3. Orders and payment
Contacting us does not constitute an order; a contract is formed when an offer is accepted. Subscription fees are charged via Stripe. Invoicing follows applicable law.
4. Liability
The service is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect damages. AI-generated content must be reviewed by the user before publication.
5. Intellectual property
The platform and its components remain the provider's intellectual property. Users are responsible for content they upload and warrant it does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Termination, governing law
Subscriptions can be cancelled in the app at any time; cancellation does not affect the current billing period unless the offer states otherwise. Hungarian law governs.
